Knowing there had to be a better way, Brian was inspired to set out on his own and create a different type of resource--one that would deliver all the services P&C insurers are looking for when they go outside for help minus the typical shortcomings. In 2009, with that clear yet ambitious vision, he founded INFORCE with just one customer and one employee.
PREFERRING NORTH SHORE OVER OFFSHORE
For the first decade, with the INFORCE business steadily growing, Brian remained keenly aware that the company’s success was driven by the caliber of work his team was delivering. To safeguard that level of quality, INFORCE performed all the work with a 100% inhouse team based on the America’s north coast in Cleveland, Ohio. OUR BRIDGE ABROAD
So, how did INFORCE become a multinational technology and consulting firm with significant in-house resources located overseas? Simple. Back in 2018, our Chief Technical Architect (who’d been with us since our early years in Cleveland) asked if he could work from home. Why not? Anything to keep great talent, right? Well, home for Peter happened to be in Serbia.

Not only was our Chief Technical Leader thrilled with the flexibility and happy to be back home with family and lifelong friends in Serbia, but when it came time to add staff, knocking on his doorstep was an untapped pool of incredible talent. Who knew? For every new job opening we posted, we were met with a long line of candidates with the ideal aptitude and attitude to excel at the work we do.
FROM 1 TO 200 IS NOT 9 TO 5
We are fast approaching 200 full-time employees operating as one well-oiled, highly collaborative team. Regardless of where they live, everyone within our ranks aligns the hours in their workdays with those of the P&C insurance businesses with whom we work. It’s just one of the ways we continue to set the industry standard in terms of working seamlessly.
