INSPIRATION FOR INFORCE CAME FROM INSIDE

A few years back, Brian flew the bumps and jumps of motocross. Additionally, he’s a lifelong Formula One fan, and also heads south annually to tear around the Daytona Speedway. Now you know why Inforce was built for speed. Brian has a very low (or no) tolerance for going slow.

Part of what makes Joe such a rock star OG may stem from his love of music and sometimes seeing more than 50 concerts a year (mostly from the really good seats). He gets the power of awesome performance and VIP treatment, and ensures Inforce delivers both on every single gig.

Before joining our stateside team, Mirko worked in Kraljevo as a National Key Account Manager for the region’s largest brewer. He’s still spreading cheer, only by tapping into his great people and process skills to ensure the kind of results that are worthy of raising a glass.

Whether it’s using a crescent wrench to tweak a piece of machinery or spotting a monkey wrench that was thrown into code, Olivera is skilled with tools. Around here, she’s what we call a tech cat. Throw her into any technical challenge and she’ll always land on her feet.

It may not be surprising a developer as skilled as Aleks is good at digital games. But that’s nothing compared to his talent in real-world sports, including fishing, basketball and soccer. Oh, and never play darts with him for money. He’s won several local darts championships.

Having grown up in the states with deep family roots in Serbia, Vel is the ideal person to help lead our operations overseas. Working alongside our team in Kraljevo, Vel is a key reason our stateside clients feel our people are as close as their own inhouse folks.

Predrag’s (aka Peter) greatest asset may be his ability to find, develop, and keep the very best IT talent. But his most interesting talent is doing meaty math problems in his head. It’s crazy. He often blurts out the answer while others are still fumbling for their calculators.

Though she is trained in the engineering of irrigation systems and dams, Ivana says her passion lies more in testing than building. That may be true, but what she’s helped to build here is truly exceptional…a QA practice that sets a standard very few competitors can ever match.

Inspired by an IT pioneer dad, Andrija was building websites in the internet’s infancy, all while competing in multiple sports at a very high level, including Serbian pro football (not soccer). This is one guy you definitely want on your team (for IT or sports…doesn’t matter).

Over the years, we’ve discovered one of Lena’s talents is mind-reading. With amazing regularity, she tackles software engineering tasks before even being asked. Sweet spoons (look it up) is another notable talent of hers. Both are attributes we find incredibly satisfying.

The last place Andrija wants to spend free time is in front of a monitor. He’d rather be cycling, hiking, and swimming, which helps explain his approach to software engineering. He sets clear goals, pushes himself, and is absolutely adamant about maintaining forward momentum.

While many on our team possess impressive hidden talents, we’re proudly bringing one of Nikola’s out of hiding. His video and photography skills are showcased throughout this site. (Really like a shot? He probably shot it.) For the many hats he wears, our hats are off to him.

Though Bojan opted for a career utilizing his programming talent, he started down a much different path with a few years in art school. Today, his creativity still serves him well when it’s time to unwind, as he strives to create masterpieces as an amateur backyard landscaper.

While interning in the hospitality industry, Ana realized she’d rather experience the nicest hotels as a guest instead of an employee. Today, with her budding IT career, Ana is eager to explore the world armed with her passion for discovery and her ability to speak 5 languages.

Marko’s favorite pastime flip-flops between movies and soccer, whether it’s on a table, game console, TV, or an actual field. That said, his impressive knowledge of the game may actually pale compared to his knowledge of films. Need something great to watch tonight? Ask Marko.

To use his own labels, Ivan is one part Cool Dad, one part Mr. Fix-It, and one part Petrolhead. His two daughters will no doubt learn the how things work, and how to keep things working. From code to cars to kids’ toys, if it’s broke, it won’t be for long with Ivan on it.

While our entire staff’s command of English is impressive, Bojan takes it to the nth degree with a master’s degree in the language. When we in the US talk with him about work, music, or whatever, we naturally find ourselves trying not to end sentences with a preposition.

Mihailo’s life has a soundtrack. Whether he’s at the gym, at work, walking his dog or honing his 3D modeling skills, Mihailo has the earbuds in and the volume up. Whatever the action, whatever the mood, he always has a playlist ready to make it a multi-sensory experience.
