DEVELOPING THE BEST-TRAINED TROOPS IN INSURTECH

We don’t hire talent and hope it performs. We build it. Deliberately, rigorously, and in direct alignment with the demands of modern insurance IT so we can deploy teams with 100% confidence.

IT WAS TIME FOR A NEW APPROACH.

“We saw a persistent gap in the market. More and more insurance organizations were settling for technical talent when they needed professionals who understood the business, the platforms, and the discipline required to support complex transformation initiatives. To provide that talent, we knew we couldn’t depend on hiring from the same old pool of people. So we set out to create our own pool…developing people who are trained from the beginning in how insurance businesses operate and how strong delivery teams perform.”

THIS IS NOT A FEW CODING COURSES

The INFORCE Academy is a comprehensive, fully integrated talent system engineered to produce professionals who can contribute meaningfully in real project environments faster, more reliably, and with far greater consistency than traditional hiring models.

WE DON’T RECRUIT RESUMES. WE SELECT TEAMMATES.

Inforce Academy Students

The Insurance IT talent problem isn’t a shortage of developers. It’s a shortage of the right developers. That’s why we created a process that begins where most companies fall short: selection. The key is to look beyond GPAs and technical credentials to find those candidates with traits that cannot be taught:

Every candidate for employment with INFORCE, and enrollment in the INFORCE Academy, undergoes a rigorous, multi-stage evaluation process designed to identify individuals who are not only capable, but compatible with how high-performing teams actually operate.

The question isn’t: “Can they code?”

The question is: “Will they elevate the team?”

A DYNAMIC TRAINING SYSTEM BUILT FOR BUSINESS.

Traditional education is fixed. The INFORCE Academy is adaptive. Our modular training system is designed to flex with business demand, project needs, and individual capability, ensuring that learning is always relevant and immediately applicable. Not every Academy student starts in the same place, and they don’t follow the same path.

TAILORED TO THE INDIVIDUAL. ALIGNED TO THE OUTCOME.

Some bring years of experience. Others are earlier in their careers but demonstrate the core traits we value. What they share is the ability to meet our standards, and grow within them.

The INFORCE Academy is structured in phases, but progression is not fixed. Each individual moves through a tailored path based on their current capabilities and the needs of our delivery teams.

Training is continuously adjusted to:

The result is consistent relevance and readiness.

CHALLENGING TO GET IN

Every candidate goes through a rigorous, multi-phase evaluation process designed to assess how they think, work, and collaborate, not just what they know.

This approach prioritizes traits over credentials, enabling us to identify individuals with the resilience, proactivity, and team compatibility required to succeed in our environment.

CHALLENGING TO GET THROUGH

The INFORCE Academy is demanding by design. From day one, training mirrors real project challenges and conditions. It’s immersive, structured, and performance-driven.

Full-time, on-site immersion with 9-hour training days

Daily standups and disciplined workflow

Regular presentations to leadership and interaction with future managers

Formal communication standards (written and verbal)

Continuous testing, performance tracking, and feedback

Progressive project work culminating in a full Policy Administration System

This is not casual learning. It’s structured professional development, built on rigor and designed to prepare individuals for real delivery environments.

THE RESULT

When you work with INFORCE, you’re not getting a collection of resumes. You’re getting teams built with intention, composed of individuals who have been carefully selected, systematically trained, rigorously evaluated, and proven in environments that mirror your own.

The impact shows up where it matters most:

Faster Ramp-Up

Team members contribute sooner because they already understand the tools, processes, and insurance domain.

Greater Consistency

Standardized training reduces variability across teams and projects.

Lower Turnover

We select for long-term fit, resulting in stronger retention and continuity.

Stronger Team Dynamics

Teams are formed deliberately, not assembled on the fly.

Reduced Delivery Risk

Less rework. Fewer surprises. More predictable outcomes.

This is why we can say with confidence, when you work with INFORCE, you’re working with The Best-Trained Troops in Insurtech.

LED BY EXPERIENCE. GROUNDED IN REALITY.

The Academy is led by seasoned educators, engineers, and delivery professionals, combining academic rigor with real-world application. This ensures that everything taught is not only correct, but useful.

Prof. Zlatan Šoškić

Prof. Zlatan Šoškić leads INFORCE Academy with over 35 years of experience spanning scientific research, university leadership, and applied software development, a combination rare in a training context and directly reflected in how the Academy is designed and run. He holds a PhD in Physical Electronics from the University of Belgrade and spent 25 years as a professor at the University of Kragujevac, progressing from Assistant to Full Professor. During that time, he taught Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering at undergraduate level and Digital Signal Processing at doctoral level, while holding senior leadership roles including Vice-Dean for Research and International Cooperation.

His work has never been confined to the classroom. As a researcher at the Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences in 1990s, he developed software for spectroscopic analysis. Later, he led university projects in software prototype development, including loyalty platforms and environmental noise mapping tools. Between 2009 and 2021, supported by the European Commission, he was visiting researcher at the University of Bologna and its industry partner Juno Design Srl, leading projects for development of methodologies and software for cost estimation in additive manufacturing, work that required bridging academic rigor with real delivery constraints.

This combination of disciplined academic thinking, hands-on software development and long-term experience in structured training defines the Academy’s approach: rigorous selection, structured progression, and training aligned with real project environments.
